This release improves how teams manage contacts, launch campaigns, and complete workflow tasks. Highlights include the ability to update campaigns after launch, clearer contact selection and invitations, better visibility into task processing, and real time toast notifications for all alerts.

Campaign improvements

Add or edit companies in active campaigns

Campaigns are now easier to adjust. You can add companies to an existing campaign while it is still open. A new Add Companies button opens a modal that shows all currently included companies as locked selections, so you can focus on adding the new ones. After confirming your selection, Clover shows how many companies were added and how many were already included. You may optionally edit assignments or remove newly added companies before saving. Once saved, tasks are automatically assigned, campaign statistics are recalculated, and the campaign moves into the In Progress status.

Contact management improvements

Enhanced contact selection

The Select Contact modal now provides clearer guidance and reduces invalid selections. A new Contact Status column shows whether each contact is Invited, Created, or Active. Only Active contacts can be selected. Non active options are disabled and include a tooltip explaining why.

Immediate invite on contact creation

When adding a contact from the selector modal, users now see guidance explaining that the colleague will receive an invitation to join the company on Clover. After submitting the contact details, Clover immediately sends the invitation, saves the contact record, sets the status to Invited, and displays the contact in the companyโ€™s Contacts tab.

Connected contact detail modal

Users can now open a full contact details modal for contacts at connected companies. This provides a complete and consistent view of information directly from the contact card.

Task and workflow improvements

Document processing status for e-sign tasks

If a task includes an e-signature step and the signed document is still being processed by HelloSign, the task results screen now displays a disabled version of the document row rather than appearing empty. A tooltip informs the user that the document is still processing and to check back shortly.

Clearer approval task information

Approval tasks now log who made the decision and when. After an approval is completed, the parent taskโ€™s Activity view records a new entry showing the approver and the decision for better audibility.

Real-time in-app notifications

All in-app notifications now appear instantly as messages during an active session. These supplement the notification bell so that users do not miss important updates while working.
